Hidden beneath the official cover of an agricultural research station was Project NIGHTFALL—a classified Cold War program so dangerous that its existence was erased from history. Then, without warning, the impossible happened. Power returned. No personnel. No remote activation. No explanation. Moments later, an encrypted distress signal began broadcasting across an obsolete Cold War emergency frequency. Satellite imagery confirms activity inside the facility. Russian forces are moving to secure the site. NATO has launched Joint Task Force NIGHTFALL to intercept them. Neither side knows what lies beneath the complex. Both know they cannot allow the other to reach it first. As dawn approaches, you'll cross the perimeter into a world abandoned by time—crumbling laboratories, darkened tunnels, forgotten bunkers, and secrets buried beneath decades of silence. Release of Liability

Cousins Paintball, as well as any related business entities, hereinafter called Operator, agree to allow Participant
to use the designated facilities of Operator for the purpose of conducting and participating in Paintball and/or Airsoft games. In Consideration of Operator furnishing services and/or equipment to enable me to participate in paintball and/or Airsoft games, I agree as follows:

I fully understand and acknowledge that; (a) risks and dangers exist in my use of Paintball and/or Airsoft equipment and my participation in Paintball and/or Airsoft activities; (b) my participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in illness including but not limited to bodily injury, disease strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, eye injury, blindness, heat stroke, heart attack, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability; (c) these risks and dangers, may be caused by the negligence of the owners, employees, officers or agents of the Operator; the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accident, breaches of contract, the forces of nature of other causes. These risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes: and (d) by my participation in these activities and/or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and /or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, agents, officers, employees of Operator, or by any other person.

I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify it’s owners, agents, officers and employees from otherwise which may arise out of my use of Paintball and/or Airsoft equipment or my participation in Paintball and/or Airsoft activities, I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers or employees of Operator.
