Saturday September 28th, 2024: Long Island

A group of anti democratic anarchists have formed a rebellion group that is hell bent on wreaking armageddon to the free world. This group is well funded by the corrupt undergrounds of multiple countries and call themselves the Global Liberation Regime aka GLR. GLR has launched a siege on a less prepared Long Island in an attempt to reach New York City by land. Once the hostility started, the US National Guard was sent in to intercept GLR forces. Helicopters were called in by the National Guard for air support and resupply. However, GLR anticipating this, has brought an EMP device that pulses routinely to ground the military helicopters. Now an all put ground war has begun, not only in a fight for New York, but a fight to secure the downed helicopters and their resources. The Global Liberation Regime wants to use these grounded helicopters to deprive the US military of some of their resources, meanwhile, the United States National Guard wants these helicopter wrecks salvaged and destroyed to keep it out of enemy hands. Who will you fight for? And who will win this war?


Mission Brief: 

There will be two stages of combat that alternate throughout  the event. The first stage of combat will be a ground war, players will fight for as much control of the map as possible with no other objective. 

Players exit the ground war stage when a “helicopter crash” takes place on the field. Helicopter crashes are objectives that happen at random locations and times on the field. You will know when a helicopter crash takes place when you hear a loud crash sound, see a smoke signal, or both. 

Helicopter crashes on field will be a golf cart with an objective present. Crash site objectives vary from a pilot (weighted dummy), control timer, cash suitcase, or bomb. 

Control timer objectives last for 30 minutes before expiring. Once time expires. The timer will be stopped on both sides, and the golf cart will be driven back off field by the admin who oversees the cart.

There are two teams.  The GLR should wear green uniform and the National Guard should wear tan uniform.  We will also have armbands to support the proper team designation.

Release of Liability

Cousins Paintball, as well as any related business entities, hereinafter called Operator, agree to allow Participant
to use the designated facilities of Operator for the purpose of conducting and participating in Paintball and/or Airsoft games. In Consideration of Operator furnishing services and/or equipment to enable me to participate in paintball and/or Airsoft games, I agree as follows:

I fully understand and acknowledge that; (a) risks and dangers exist in my use of Paintball and/or Airsoft equipment and my participation in Paintball and/or Airsoft activities; (b) my participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in illness including but not limited to bodily injury, disease strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, eye injury, blindness, heat stroke, heart attack, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability; (c) these risks and dangers, may be caused by the negligence of the owners, employees, officers or agents of the Operator; the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accident, breaches of contract, the forces of nature of other causes. These risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes: and (d) by my participation in these activities and/or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and /or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, agents, officers, employees of Operator, or by any other person.

I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify it’s owners, agents, officers and employees from otherwise which may arise out of my use of Paintball and/or Airsoft equipment or my participation in Paintball and/or Airsoft activities, I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers or employees of Operator.
